Do attendants need their own accounts?
No. Attendants open their assigned private link from an email or a message and return through that same link. Keep each link with its assigned attendant. A typed attestation does not independently verify identity.
What training is available?
The limited beta starts with Safety in the Office for participating agencies. It includes lessons, a quiz, an attestation, and supervisor review. Your agency selects applicable published courses. Additional modules follow publication review; external accreditation or universal regulatory acceptance is not claimed.
Can I try PasQAPI before paying?
Yes. Start on the existing Free plan with no credit card. Paid plans increase your allowances. Review the plan limits and any selected offer before purchasing.
Does a report mean my agency is compliant?
A report organizes the records your agency has entered for a stated period. It does not establish compliance with every Chapter 558 requirement or replace professional judgment. Your agency remains responsible for its records, review, and applicable requirements.
